Happy Highlanders is our fellowship for older adults and not-so-much older adults.
All are welcome, and we hope visitors will drop in! We meet on the 3rd Tuesday each month at 11:30 for a brown bag lunch and program.
The monthly program meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month. It might be a community speaker, a musician, a storyteller, a nature photographer, or other surprises, but it is always interesting and enjoyable. Come and bring a friend. No reservations required. Bring your lunch if you wish, and we will provide drinks and snacks.
We also like to get on the bus and take short trips. We meet at the church and provide transportation for special outings, like a play or a concert, a river cruise or a museum, or to visit a beautiful place in the mountains.
But more than trips and programs... Happy Highlanders is about friendship and caring for one another, helping each other share the joys and get through the struggles with God's love and mercy.
